Ending a Blogging Drought with Wet Ramen Posts

I am not going to lie, I have been skimping on my posts. I have had a big year moving from San Francisco to back home in Sacramento and starting a new job with plenty of new projects. But hey, I can't complain living with my parents. I can save some money by not paying that San Francisco rent and I have a hot meal ready for my when I come home from work. The downside is that my parents don't give me a chance to cook in the kitchen and I have gotten lazy.  I am still making ramen but not as often as I would like.

This is all going to change. Well I'll milk living at home a little longer... but I will be upping my ramen research especially since I have decided to write a ramen book. It seems like a daunting task, but I will think of it as more of a ramen notebook to help refine my bowls. There aren't that many ramen books out there, let alone one that tells you the why you should be doing the things that you are doing. The best ramen resource out there right now are /u/ramen_lord's posts on ramen reddit.

I know. It is an ambitious goal, but I have to try to find out. Dumping all my thoughts into a OneNote Notebook. Lets just hope I can make sense of it all.
